Terms and Conditions

1. Use of the App

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kairos - Make It Count mobile application (the “App”) operated by Kairos Collective Insight LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The App is licensed to you, not sold. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the App.

2. Accounts and Access

The App does not require account registration. Your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time Lifetime Pro purchase at $4.99 (USD) processed through Apple’s App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Once purchased, the Lifetime Pro license grants you permanent access to all Pro features on any device signed in with your Apple ID.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 21-day full-access trial period. After the trial period expires, the App enters view-only mode. No payment is required during the trial period.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s own refund policies. To request a refund under Apple’s policy, visit Apple’s Report a Problem website.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code in the App are the property of Kairos Collective Insight LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kairos Collective Insight LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
